This exhibit will feature landscape and nature photos taken by photographer John Fire. Johns works began with an autumn foliage shot with a group of bare sycamore trees standing out against all of the colors at Mill Creek Metroparks. He entered the photo in the annual Mill Creek Park Nature Photography Exhibit and won first place. From that point on John was hooked and spent much of his spare time at the park with his camera. He's traveled throughout the USA photographing many of the amazing sites that our country has to offer which will be displayed during the show. John also realized that you don't have to go far from home to capture a beautiful image and that one can be created as close as your backyard if the lighting is right and your imagination is willing. John's works have won awards at The Butler Institute of American Art, The Trumbull Art Gallery, Canfield Fair, Davis YMCA, Soap Gallery, and Mill Creek Metro Parks. John would like to give thanks to his family and friends. It's their support (and critique) that helped give him the inspiration to continue pursuing my passion."
