Programs

Throughout the duration of MCMP events, programs and/or classes, there are opportunities for photographic and video coverage by MCMP which may include your participation or observance of the activity. MCMP reserves the right to use the photos and video at its discretion for media coverage and promotional materials, including broadcasts, reports, publications, social media and marketing materials of MCMP. If you do not wish to be photographed or video recorded at the event, please let the photographer or videographer know prior to being photographed or videotaped. MCMP shall otherwise assume that it has your permission to photograph or video you and/or your child's involvement and participation in this activity. Join our MetroMutts program to emBARK on monthly, dog-friendly hikes through Mill Creek Metroparks! First-time MetroMutts members will receive a drawstring bag, water bottle, dog bowl, dog waste bag holder, and sticker. Family membership includes immediate family and up to 3 dogs for $40.00. Join Park staff for Forest Babies, a program for your youngest ones, ages 1-3 years old. Coffee Talk & Tour at Lanterman's Mill

Join Mill Manager Eric for an exclusive, private tour of Lanterman's Mill and an exploration into the history of this iconic, beloved Youngstown treasure. The Talk & Tour includes your choice of beverage (coffee, tea, or hot chocolate). Dress for the weather as the mill does not have air conditioning. Mill Creek Park: Lanterman's Mill

Tiny Tikes Soccer League (Ages 3-5) *SUMMER*

Join us for Tiny Tikes Soccer League this Spring! This is a learning league that will run for 7-weeks, ending on August 16th. Participants will receive a MCMP-branded uniform (top only), one pair of black socks, and an MCMP water bottle and drawstring bag. Shoes/cleats, shin guards, and mouthpieces are not provided by Mill Creek MetroParks. Cleats must be non-metal tips. Shin guards and mouth pieces can be purchased at the Wick Recreation Area team shop. Registration deadline is June 22, 2025. Cost is $75 for Mahoning County residents, $85 for non-Mahoning County residents. Call Wick Recreation Area for more details.
