Yoga Basics Course

Release physical and mental tensions while gradually improving strength & flexibility. Tiny Tikes Soccer League (Ages 3-5) *SUMMER*

Join us for Tiny Tikes Soccer League this Spring! This is a learning league that will run for 7-weeks, ending on August 16th. Participants will receive a MCMP-branded uniform (top only), one pair of black socks, and an MCMP water bottle and drawstring bag. Shoes/cleats, shin guards, and mouthpieces are not provided by Mill Creek MetroParks. Cleats must be non-metal tips. Shin guards and mouth pieces can be purchased at the Wick Recreation Area team shop. Registration deadline is June 22, 2025. Youth Soccer League (Ages 6-12) *SUMMER*

Join us for Youth Soccer League this Summer! This league will run for 7-weeks, ending with a single-elimination tournament on August 16th. Participants will receive a MCMP-branded uniform (top only), one pair of black socks, and an MCMP water bottle and drawstring bag. Shoes/cleats, shin guards, and mouthpieces are not provided by Mill Creek MetroParks. Cleats must be non-metal tips. Shin guards and mouth pieces can be purchased at the Wick Recreation Area team shop. Participants will be placed in an appropriate age group depending on the number of registrations. Registration deadline is June 22, 2025. Cost is $90 for Mahoning County residents, $100 for non-Mahoning County residents. Call Wick Recreation Area for more details.

NFL Flag Football Cheer Squad (Ages 3-12) *SUMMER*

Join us for NFL Flag Football Cheer Squad this Spring! The cheer squad will cheer at the NFL Flag Football games on Saturdays from July 5th - August 16th. Participants will receive a MCMP-branded uniform (top and bottom), one pair of pom-poms, and an MCMP water bottle and drawstring bag. Footwear is not provided by Mill Creek MetroParks. Registration deadline is June 22, 2025. Cost is $90 for Mahoning County residents, $100 for non-Mahoning County residents. Call Wick Recreation Area for more details.

NFL Flag Football League (Ages 3-12) *SUMMER*

Join us for NFL Flag Football League this Summer! This league will run for 7-weeks, ending with a championship tournament on August 16th. Participants will receive an NFL sponsored uniform (top and bottom), a flag belt, one pair of black socks, and an MCMP water bottle and drawstring bag. Shoes/cleats and mouth guards are not provided by Mill Creek MetroParks. Cleats must be non-metal tips. Mouth pieces can be purchased at the Wick Recreation Area team shop. Participants will be placed in an appropriate age group depending on the number of registrations. Registration deadline is June 22, 2025. The Forest and Me Nature Camp Session 3--The Forest Canopy Just Beyond My Reach

The Ford Nature Center is once again offering a three-week camp opportunity for children who will be entering grades 1-6 next school year (2025-2026) or ages 6-12 years old. The goal of this nature camp is to directly address the nature-deficit that so many of our children experience because of too many hours indoors, in front of screens, or in organized social clubs. In each week-long camp, children will be outside for nearly all their days, experiencing the beauty and calming influence that the forest brings. This summer, our nature camp theme is The Forest and Me. Session 3 will focus on 'The Forest Canopy Just Beyond My Reach' and runs from Monday, July 7 - Friday, July 11, from 9:00am-1:00pm at the Ford Nature Center. During this week, campers will learn about the forest canopy - the place where the tree tops touch the sky. We will learn about the birds, bats, flying insects, weather, and the sky. Each day will be filled with hiking, lessons, crafts, and fun activities designed to bring the forest canopy to life. Cost is $125 for five days of camp.
