Throughout the duration of MCMP events, programs and/or classes, there are opportunities for photographic and video coverage by MCMP which may include your
participation or observance of the activity. MCMP reserves the right to use the photos and video at its discretion for media
coverage and promotional materials, including broadcasts, reports, publications, social media and marketing materials of MCMP.
If you do not wish to be photographed or video recorded at the event, please let the photographer or videographer know prior to
being photographed or videotaped. MCMP shall otherwise assume that it has your permission to photograph or video you and/or
your child's involvement and participation in this activity. If you have any questions, please contact the Community

Kids' Wild Wednesdays Day Camp at Pioneer Pavilion
New! Wild Wednesdays Day Camp for kids ages 8-12! Explore the wonders of nature and science as you learn plenty of WILD nature facts through nature activities, experiments and discovery hikes; with a different nature theme and Park location each week. This Wednesday we will meet at Pioneer Pavilion to celebrate America's 250th birthday with activities, games, hikes, and fun!! Registration required. Take a guided hike with a Park Educator through the George L. Fordyce Park (formerly Mill Creek Wildlife Sanctuary) at dusk. Join us for Farm Camp at the MetroParks Farm! The August session of farm camp will be held on July 6th-9th. During the 4-day camp, participants will learn the fundamentals of various sports including archery, fishing, and disc golf. In addition to learning sports fundamentals, all participants will receive a MCMP-branded water bottle, camp sticker and drawstring bag. The registration deadline is July 6, 2026.
