Programs

Throughout the duration of MCMP events, programs and/or classes, there are opportunities for photographic and video coverage by MCMP which may include your participation or observance of the activity. MCMP reserves the right to use the photos and video at its discretion for media coverage and promotional materials, including broadcasts, reports, publications, social media and marketing materials of MCMP. If you do not wish to be photographed or video recorded at the event, please let the photographer or videographer know prior to being photographed or videotaped. MCMP shall otherwise assume that it has your permission to photograph or video you and/or your child's involvement and participation in this activity. Haunted Trolley Tour - Ghosts & Legends of Mill Creek Park

Is Mill Creek Park Haunted? Journey into the Park at night aboard the Cohasset Express trolley to look for ghostly figures and unexplained orbs of light while docents share otherworldly stories. Don't miss this nighttime adventure in the Park. Meet at Ford Nature Center. Ages 12 and older. Limited seating available. Reservations required. Join Park educators and a local paranormal investigation team on Halloween Night for a one-time only 4-hour paranormal investigation of the iconic Lanterman's Mill including the observation deck and the covered bridge. Forest Babies

Join Park staff for Forest Babies, a program for your youngest ones, ages 1-3 years old. Enjoy bonding time together while exploring Ford Nature Center and then completing an activity together to take home. Please be sure you and your little one are dressed for the weather as this program will include outdoor nature time. Register/pay by 11/2 for your Forest Baby (adults need not register), online or call 330.740.7107 x 129. Only registered children may attend. Fishing in the Park

Join us at the MetroParks Farm for a fun evening of fishing! This outing is primarily for youth anglers ages 3-12 years old and will take place at the MetroParks Farm Fishing Pond off the spur trail. Fishing equipment and bait is provided for all registered youth participants. A valid fishing license is required for participants 16+ years old. Call Wick Recreation Area for more details.
