Programs

Throughout the duration of MCMP events, programs and/or classes, there are opportunities for photographic and video coverage by MCMP which may include your participation or observance of the activity. MCMP reserves the right to use the photos and video at its discretion for media coverage and promotional materials, including broadcasts, reports, publications, social media and marketing materials of MCMP. If you do not wish to be photographed or video recorded at the event, please let the photographer or videographer know prior to being photographed or videotaped. MCMP shall otherwise assume that it has your permission to photograph or video you and/or your child's involvement and participation in this activity. Coffee With the Birds

Sit and enjoy a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate and watch our feathered friends at our feeders in Nancy's Nook at the Ford Nature Center! An Educator will provide assistance in identifying birds that frequently visit our nature center. Coffee and hot chocolate provided. Registration required; space is limited. Ages 12+. Who's Hootin': Owl Prowl

Join a park educator and an Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist as we listen for who's hootin' in the woods and search for owls along the East Cohasset Trail! MetroCyclers Bike Trip

Meet at Lanterman's Mill Parking Lot for a bike trip on the E Park and E Cohasset Hike and Bike Trails. Moderate-difficult 5-7 mile ride with inclines. Members receive 6 guided cycling trips within Mill Creek MetroParks, a cycling shirt, back pack, water bottle, and sticker for your helmet. Membership $50R, $60NR. Non-members single ride $10R $15NR. Forest Babies

Join Park staff for Forest Babies, a program for your youngest ones, ages 1-3 years old. We will explore the trails at Ford Nature Center and create a simple nature craft.
