April Mushroom Meander

Description:

Join Park Educators and an Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist as we hike and search for spring mushrooms. Meet at the Newport Wetlands Parking Lot. Hike will be 2-3 miles on uneven terrain. We will stop along the way to identify mushrooms as we come across them. Please wear hiking shoes and bring a mushroom field guide if you have one. Registration required.
