Title: Mindful Meandering: 'Forest Bathing' Hike
Description: Join Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Alyson Scheibe, on a peaceful meander through the park. Learn new ways to tap into your senses and reconnect with nature using Japanese forest bathing principles. No actual bathing in water, rather just appreciating nature from a different perspective. Meet at the Mill Creek Wildlife Sanctuary. Hike will be no longer than 1-mile. Dress for the weather. Please note that there are no restroom facilities at this location.
