Throughout the duration of MCMP events, programs and/or classes, there are opportunities for photographic and video coverage by MCMP which may include your participation or observance of the activity. MCMP reserves the right to use the photos and video at its discretion for media coverage and promotional materials, including broadcasts, reports, publications, social media and marketing materials of MCMP. If you do not wish to be photographed or video recorded at the event, please let the photographer or videographer know prior to being photographed or videotaped. MCMP shall otherwise assume that it has your permission to photograph or video you and/or your child's involvement and participation in this activity. Rock the Park - a Geological Exploration of Mill Creek Park

Ever wonder how Mill Creek Park was formed? For much of geologic history, Ohio was underwater and near the equator! Join us on the Cohasset Express Trolley as we travel back over 300 million years and explore the formation of the Park throughout geologic time. Learn about the bedrock of the Park and how the Ice Age shaped the Park that we all love. Where possible, we will hop off to investigate geologic features up close. Forest Babies PROGRAM FULL

Join Park staff for Forest Babies, a program for your youngest ones, ages 1-3 years old. We will explore the trails at Ford Nature Center and create a simple nature craft. Mindful Meandering: 'Forest Bathing' Hike

Join Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Alyson Scheibe, on a peaceful meander through the park. Learn new ways to tap into your senses and reconnect with nature using Japanese forest bathing principles. No actual bathing in water, rather just appreciating nature from a different perspective. Meet at the Mill Creek Wildlife Sanctuary. Hike will be no longer than 1-mile. Dress for the weather.
